The Pajama cardinalfish, Sphaeramia nematoptera, is playfully colored and aptly named. It really looks like it’s wearing polkadot pajamas, doesn’t it?
Speaking of pajamas, did you know that fish sleep with their eyes open because they don’t have eyelids?
Sea hares don’t have eyelids, either, but they like to cover themselves in a blanket of sand when they sleep.
