Fire gobies are also known as elegant dartfish. They’re timid fish that bolt into holes in the reef when threatened. When kept in tanks, they’re known to jump out when stressed!
As for sea hares, I’ve seen them crawl out of their tanks. They crawl by lifting the front end of their foot, stretching it forward, and placing it ahead of them, making an arching pattern that the rest of the body then follows.
